6. Failed Delivery & Reattempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or other issues, the courier may reattempt delivery. If the package is returned to us due to non-delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

If you receive a damaged book or an incorrect order, please contact us at support@kkpublication.com within 14 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund and Returns Policy.
8. Cancellations & Address Changes
Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Address Changes: If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
