- You received the wrong item.
- The product has a significant printing error or manufacturing defect.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Books that have been used, marked, or damaged after delivery.
- Digital products (e-books, PDFs, etc.).
- Books purchased under discounts, sales, or promotional offers.
- Minor printing variations or color differences (these do not qualify as defects).
2. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
To initiate a return, email us at support@kkpublication.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Step 2: Return Approval & Shipping
- If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- You must return the item in its original packaging within 7 days of approval.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Step 3: Refund or Replacement
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or send a replacement as per your preference.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and you must follow the return process.
